They aren't off base for thinking this lmao. Before I had a breakdown and had to leave (unforch I have mental illnesses which do not care about my commie bullshit), I WAS slowly working my way up to it. I had good relationships with a lot of the people there across multiple departments, and was identifying the ones I could trust/could actually help. I had spoken about it on the DL with a select few. I had a meeting with my own manager where I asked him what the fuck he was doing for like two hours. I met with HR several times, the final time I met every excuse with "it sounds like the multi billion dollar company you work for is refusing to give you the resources you need to do your job properly." Maybe a coincidence, but that HR person quit a month after I did. Others were publicly questioning management constantly. I've been gone half a year and they're still talking about me.
