Relaunch Summer 2020 – a note from our founder
“Hello! I am excited to say that GOODS WE LIKE is coming back; this summer. It’s been over one and a half years now since we decided to pause, take a step back, reflect and decide what would happen next. A lot has happened in the meantime. The world has gone through quite some change, we’ve gotten older (and hopefully wiser), some of us have kids, others have focussed their energy on new projects while some are still wondering about their purpose in life… none of us, however, have given up on the vision that led us to start GOODS WE LIKE back in 2014.
So what’s next?
Our vision for GOODS WE LIKE has always been to create a space for everyone, like yourself, to discover brands and products with meaning and substance. Good design. If you’re with us, then you’ll agree that the world doesn’t need more brands, it needs the right ones. We give a voice and platform to those who don’t think in cycles, but believe in creating for forever; products that are made to last a lifetime.
More so than ever, it’s important that we cut through the noise (and crap) of mass consumerism. Our aim has always been to create a destination that you can trust. A platform home to those brands that deserve to be promoted. A space that inspires you to make better choices. This is why we exist. And this is why we decided to continue.
Over the years, our community has grown and many of you have been asking us whether we’d come back. Thank you for your resilience; thank you for pushing us; thank you for waiting. GOODS WE LIKE is moving into the next phase and we’re more than excited to be relaunching this summer.
Before you leave…
If you haven’t done so already, we’d really appreciate if you took a few minutes to help us shape the future of GOODS WE LIKE. As we work towards our relaunch this summer, we’d love to hear your thoughts and get your input about what you’d like to see more of and what we might improve moving forward. Click here to answer a few questions about what you would like to see and be in to win one of three bracelets by Lois Mathar in the size, material (copper, brass, steel) and style of your choice.
Work with us. If you are a brand, designer or someone who would like to work with us in the future, we would love to hear from you. Drop us a line and tell us about yourself and let us know how we might be able to work together.
Stay in the loop. Sign up to our mailing list below to stay updated on our progress and be the first to know when we're back.
We believe in the relevance, power and joy of ‘buy less but better’.
I hope you’re with us on this journey!
Thank you for your support” Alex / founder
