So I think we are overlooking a bit some things this season?

Like yeah, Haida is cute and Tadano is hella cute but:

- Anai, while being a bit too much, stands against corporate abuse ("no doing extra things if they are not what I'm working on") instead of simply doing what he's told to.

- Tadano is a communist. Yes I said it. We stan our anti-capitalist boy.

- Haida lets his feelings apart to help Retsuko without taking advantage of that.

- Tadano and Restusko don't work out but only because, even they love each other, they don't want the same things.

- Retsuko loves her mother but also wants to live her own life and make her own mistakes.

And I'm leaving things behind but, all in all, this series talks about a lot of really serious things and does so in a way that you don't feel bad but positive about the bad yet still natural things that can happen in your life. And I love it.

i hereby announce the official one year anniversary post since the his dark materials bbc tv series was announced first reports starting coming in on november 3rd, and by november 5th the news already made it around pretty much all of the interwebs with the more detailed reports hinting towards “early fall 2016″ for pre-production to kick off, i was hoping that by now we’ll have much more concrete updates than what we actually have i was actually not expecting any kind of news at all but my “beginnings of months are the time for hdm news/updates” rule had proved itself yet again here’s a roundup of recent bits and pieces, then:

“Plans for Wales’ biggest ever film studio have been revealed: Bad Wolf is currently looking at a number of sites in South Wales for a massive 200,000 sq ft new studio facility” - while not being directly hdm news, it’s a very interesting piece about what bad wolf is planning for its projects, which certainly includes hdm. with hdm supposedly intended to be filmed about 95% in studio, the importance of this news is even bigger - it hints at how ambitious bad wolf is/will be with the production of the show. the show is mentioned in the article, although surprisingly - or even disappointingly - not as bad wolf’s main project at the moment.
