Felt inspired to draw Sayaka from Madoka Magica

I'll do the PC-98 bosses after I get through some other projects.

I was going through Touhou characters with my bestie and he pointed out that Rika's blush looks like little hearts, now I can't unsee it.

Using a new program so I am still learning how to use it.

Fun fact, I drew this once before a few weeks ago, but the program crashed and I lost everything. I've only just emotionally recovered enough to try again.
