Ingredients: 1 cup almond flour. 1/4 cup coconut flour. 1/4 teaspoon baking soda. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted. 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/2 cup coconut sugar. 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon.
Instructions: In a bowl, mix almond flour, coconut flour, baking soda, and salt. Add melted coconut oil, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Mix until dough forms. Transfer dough to a piping bag fitted with a star tip. Heat coconut oil in a pan over medium heat. Pipe dough into hot oil, cutting with scissors to desired length. Fry churros until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side. In a separate bowl, mix coconut sugar and ground cinnamon. Roll fried churros in cinnamon coconut sugar mixture. Serve warm and enjoy!
