New Team Fantasy lore: Camellia died in the first battle against Yveltal. While Mew did manage to seal Yveltal away afterward, she knew that it wouldn't be permanent, that the negative emotions lurking within pokemon, and even within Mew herself, would only serve to awaken Yveltal once more in the future
Mew managed to preserve Camellia's soul, and came up with the plan to reincarnate both of them in the future to take on Yveltal when she awakened again. The decision to do so, while partly out of feeling a sense of obligation to defeat Yveltal, was also made largely out of grief, and desperation to be with her partner again. Even if she felt guilty that Camellia had no say in the decision, Mew went through with the plan anyway, erasing both of their memories to ensure a fresh start

I hate you, and I wish I was you
Darkrai hates Celeste for reasons beyond her constantly foiling her plans, though that's certainly part of it. Darkrai sees herself in Celeste, someone who didn't fit in with her peers, who'd been feared by them. However, unlike Darkrai, Celeste had a support system in Grovyle and Celebi, and later, Snow and the guild, and Darkrai hates that someone who'd started out like her could have things she couldn't, had those who loved her unconditionally
If I go the route of Darkrai giving Celeste her memories back here (which I'm still iffy on, so don't be surprised if I go back on this), I can see that decision being, from Darkrai's point of view, a punishment for Celeste. She thinks it unfair that Celeste got to forget all the horrible things she'd gone through and make a new life for herself (ignoring how that was Darkrai's fault, lol), and that, at the very least, she should remember living in the world of darkness that Darkrai had worked so hard on creating, and all the fear and anguish she'd experienced in that life

What do Celeste and Snow like to do in between missions?
When they're not doing missions, they like to take lazy days, either lounging around in their home in Sharpedo Bluff or going down to the beach to watch the Krabby blow bubbles together! After Manaphy (whose name is Sapphire, I actually don't think I've ever mentioned that before) comes back, he also likes to come along on their beach trips, and he'll often convince them to play in the ocean with him (though Celeste stays very close to shore)

A running joke I have with human Celeste is that she insists that if she were a pokemon, she'd be a cool, fierce one like Mightyena or Lucario, but everyone else who knows her swears she'd be a cat pokemon, and in fact thinks she already acts like a cat
