Plus even then, I heard someone say they call each other bro all time and like I've been searching and the only time I can find where they call each other bro or anything like that is a grand total of once, in Sonic Frontiers, which is pretty blink and you'll miss and seems to only be in the eng dub as far as I can tell and in the AOSTH cartoon, and that's it.

If you want to argue about AOSTH, I can kinda give you that, maybe.

But in the games? NO. In the IDW comics? NO. In Boom? NO. In the movies? NO. In Sonic X? NO.

If we're speaking purely canonical from those continuities they're either shown as best friends or found family, and found family doesn't mean they can't have romance, can we please stop trying to turn found families into nuclear ones?

Also it's funny with the ages thing people love to bring up but only with Tails, because if we use the logic of old outdated game manuals then Amy is 8 or 12, Rouge is 17, Sonic is 15 or 16, etc, etc.

Like they are cartoon animals whose ages are very ambiguous and aren't even canon anymore and has only had any mention or relevance in old archie comics or AOSTH cartoon or in the manuals but never in the games themselves.

Also fiction, cartoons, aged up and AUs are a thing

Like remember the future comic where tails is married and has kids? So y'know about that, we have a continuity where Tails canonically fucks.
