Queen Bee

As per the norm for every weekend, the residence of the Queen of Gluttony was bursting with noise and life; music pounding every wall and resonating outside to the lawn where countless imps and hellhounds continued to celebrate. The whole area smelled like a candy store, each sense rightfully overwhelmed with sweet and fatty notes, each hall and table beckoning with countless irresistible goodies. If you could possibly crave it, you could find it within those walls.

In the home, atop the disco ball in the room’s center, Bee herself was sat, observing the many subjects of her circle, and their joyous interactions. All was well, no bummers or party fouls to sour the mood; not yet. A toothy grin spread across her lips, teeth glimmering like starlight surrounded by the galaxy of her hair as she rummaged through her pocket and pulled out a small container, popping one of the brightly colored pressed pills on her tongue and swallowing. Nothing was worse than rolling and hitting the come-down before the party was over.
