She laughed, remembering, mostly fondly, the times they had together. “I’ve been slightly less trouble,” She said, picking out a bottle of rum and pouring an immense amount into her glass, “Thanks by the way, It is good seeing you again. I’ve missed our little adventures.” She took sip of drink, reminiscing to herself.

Miles didn’t know what he expected to get out of Zoe coming over. They had kind of been a train wreck in some ways when they were together, but Miles was never bored. Honestly, the biggest reason they ended was Miles didn’t want to actually commit and keeping himself in check was a lot harder when you had a label attached to it. But things hadn’t ended as terribly as they could have. He opened the door and gave her a bit of a smirk. “Hey Zoe, looking good.” He told her, running a hand through his hair. He could pretend he wasn’t hating how life was going. It couldn’t be that hard right?

“You don’t look so bad yourself,” Zoe flirted, entering the boys’ house which was oddly familiar and unfamiliar simultaneously. She hoped he couldn’t tell she wasn’t as interested in boys as she had thought she was. She hoped no one could tell, really. “How have you been? Just as wild as ever?” She asked, and she was genuinely curious. Despite them not working out, she really did like Miles.
