Animated basegame rideable wheelchair vehicle.

Hello. I have finished this item. Its a functional wheelchair that works as a bike. I finally get to make it animated !! You dont necesary need Discover University to work. Its basegame compatible. The item is located at vehicles if you have DU or in:

activities and skills —> Outdoor activities and cost 40

It cames in six colors: white, blue, red, violet, green and yellow.

Special thanks to Esmeralda from MTS for her motorbike inspiration and icemunmun for lend me the university bike file to convert it for basegame.

Issue:

Using the bike animation its a little strange, so i made some tweaks to make as realistic as possible. Sorry if not perfect.

Some things to note:

Flymask is bridle slot, hides forelock, disabled for riding outfit and enabled for random.

Neck Rug is hat slot, hides mane, enabled for random.

Rug is saddle slot, disabled for riding outfit and enabled for random.

Boots are legwrap slot, enabled for random.

Tail Guard is Tail Accessory slot, requires the wrapped tail to be used or it won't work, disabled for random.

Here it is, my very first piece of Sims 4 custom content, as well as my first two meshes! 

I had noticed there was a lack of historical accuracy in many decades legacies as no World War I uniforms existed for the Sims 4. So I decided to remedy this by learning to mesh for this game.

This is only one of many uniforms worn during the First World War, a British Army Officer. (I hope to make an enlisted army uniform at some point as well). As I enjoy reading war memoirs like Vera Brittain’s Testament of Youth and one of my favorite shows is Blackadder Goes Forth, obviously this uniform came to mind as the first I should make.

Just an override for the stirrups.

 I have absolutely no idea how to make them an optional change but I’m going to try and figure it out, when I do I’ll make another better version with different colours, styles, and leathers too!

If there’s anything I’ve done horrifically wrong, please tell me because I literally have no idea what I’m doing and any feedback is greatly appreciated, especially since I plan on making more stuff.

THEROYALSIMS MATIQUE LACE DRESS

Ah, yes, my most problematic dress thus far, hence the name "Matique." It took about a week of watching tutorials and experimenting before I was able to fix all its known issues. This is also officially my first ever CC that has custom specular, normal, and shadow maps! Hooray for small victories! 😅 So here's the final product in all its lace-y glory. I hope you'll have fun dressing up your pixel dolls with it!

Decades Lookbook: The 1930’s

Up next in my 20th Century Decades series was also requested by @sarkana-sims and is the 1930’s.

When I first thought about 30’s fashion I drew a blank. Once I did some research, I realized I attributed many of these styles to the 20’s and 40’s.

Fashion was quite glamorous for those not suffering from the Great Depression. The 30’s is also the era of Old Hollywood where women wore long, elegant bias cut gowns and skirts that were long columns with a slight flare at the hem. Men wore broad-shouldered suits and high-waisted pants.

but anyway, this lady came thru my line buying a book and the review on the front said: “few books are well written, fewer still are important, and this book manages to be both”

as i handed her the bag i was trying to say “thanks, youre all set” and instead my brain mashed up the review and i said “thanks, youre important”

there was this short pause in which i tried to figure out what the fuck id just said. she blinked and then said “oh thank you! youre important too!”

Which, actually, not such a bad thing; I’m a big guy and can come across as imposing pretty easily. The position calls can help defuse that, and also help avoid collisions.

One morning, my mom hollered at me to wake up, and half-asleep me yells at full volume,

I’ve walked to cashiers and be in mid sentence of “Did you find everything, okay?” Instead of “How are you” Many times.
