A fairly good spread of results! The Dark Forest and Sickness in You and I seem to be the favourites but every other song has gotten love too...

...except poor Unravelling. I suspect it's a victim of no longer being new and shiny 😅

#weirdly enough hearing Unravelling within the context of the album made me love it a lot more #but Hexagons and The Dark Forest are still my ultimate faves 💜#muse #the wow! signal

God, falling in love with Muse all over again this week has felt like such a gift, I owe The Wow! Signal my life 🖤❤️

#not that I ever really fell out of love with Muse #but it's been a while since I felt that all-consuming excitement for them that I had as a teenager discovering them for the first time #they'll always be my favourite band based on the massive impact they had on me as a teen and the way they essentially changed my life #but my music taste has widened so much recently and I've fallen for so many new artists that I could feel them being lowered from their -#- pedestal a little in recent years #and then they released Hexagons and I was like 'wait a minute...'#and The Wow! Signal essentially finished the job of making me feel that pure teenage excitement all over again #to the point where I'm practically counting down the days until I can see them live in November #and I've listened to nothing but Muse for an entire week and have had so much fun revisiting old favourites #like why was I nearly crying over their cover of 'Where the Streets Have No Name' out of pure nostalgia last night? 😂😭#anyway The Wow! Signal is holding up so well to repeat listens and it might honestly be their best album since The Resistance #(and I say that as someone who has liked all of their albums to some degree)#anyway - eighteen years on from me stumbling upon Knights of Cydonia on Guitar Hero Muse are still my absolute favourite band #muse #muse band #matt bellamy #dom howard #chris wolstenholme #the wow! signal #tw!s

#interesting results so far!#the spread of answers is fairly expected - I'm not sure I expected Sickness in You and I to be a frontrunner but it's a good pick 😅#Hexagons being the last song to get a single vote hurt my heart a little but at least it's gotten a few more now #(I debated for so long whether to vote for Hexagons or Dark Forest and suspect I wasn't the only one - they must be splitting the prog vote)#also turns out there are more than 12 Musers on this site! 😁#muse
