((There’s so much talk of halloween/Halloween type monster AUs but you know which important one is being missed?

Single parent Vampire Dolorosa who's adopted a group of troublesome little monsters and struggles to make sure people don't suspects them of not being human.

Getting called to the elementary school because her generally mild mannered wrath demon son thought the teacher wasn't being far to everyone and threw a jungle gym

Constantly having to groom her werelion daughters hair because it's liable to absorb anything that gets too close and grows back almost instantly whenever you try to cut it.

Dragon son who hoards all the electronics in the house and occasionally sets things on fire by accident because sometimes blinking or sneezing can set it off.

Trying to go out on dates only to have her baby sitter call screaming bloody murder because the couch is on fire and there's a whole packs worth of gum in the Disciples hair and Signless is screaming and breaking neighbors windows.

Trying to bring dates home to meet the babies only for them to run into a series of unfortunate events and leave early.

Trick or treating with kids who aren't actually in costumes

Having to make costumes to fit the babies real forms because the Disciple wants to be a hunter lion queen princess and Psii wants to be a power ranger but also a dragon.

Letting the babies go out on their own for the first Halloween ever only for them to come back with fairy child.))

This was it. If he had any hopes of continuing his hobby as an ice skater ( and maybe even go pro later down the road), he’d have to prove himself in this competition. His opponents seemed extremely talented, he could tell just by looking at them! But he knew that now was not the time to be intimidated…after all he was the only one among the hopeful competitors to have the full support of Freddy Fazbear and his band!

Sure, they’d been a bit mean about it when he first started out…but they changed their tune pretty quick once he started winning things!

The children’s robot took another good look around, deciding that it might be a good idea to show some good sportsmanship and meet some of the other contestants. He nodded to himself, thinking it a great idea, “Ahoy! Foxy the pirate coming through!”

"O’course lass!" He wandered over merrily,excited to be meeting one of the other contestants so soon. She was a…goblin or a ghoul? It was something like that, he couldn’t quite remember. All he knew was that the name was the same as one of the fairy critters that human children liked so much.

“It’s lookin like it’ll be a fine competition! What be yer name?” She seemed nice enough! He’d met a lot of…troll? Oh that sounded right!! Yes, he’d met a lot of troll children before. For the most part they were a bit of a hassle…much rowdier than the human mates. But that wasn’t a bad thing, especially not so when it came to pirate crews!

“Yer certainly dressed fer success! Yarhahahahar!!!”

She seen human wigglers before. As grubs they were essentially helpless- they couldn't even move on their own!- and they didn't seem much more self sufficient as the got older. Still, there had to be something tough about them if this creature was supposed to be fun and entertaining to them, any troll child in their right thinkpan would be running for the hills before they even got to the ridiculous pirate speak.

"I think it will prove to be an interesting one if nothing else, our competition certainly is." She agreed, giving the barest of nods. For a moment the troll considered scooting over and offering him the empty spot on her other side but thought better of it. Could he sit? Could the bench take him sitting? Best to leave the topic alone. She'd also forgone hand shaking, but that couldn't possibly be offensive under the circumstances right?

"Thank you. Dressing for success is something of a hobby of mine. You certainly stuck to your theme, those frayed edges look terribly authentic, how did you manage?"
