It was supposed to be a cartoony, busy and violent piece taking influences from Tony Ross illustrations and Tadeusz Makowski's 'Maskarada'. It's been a long time, I know.

But it didn't turn out exactly like I had imagined.

I have some concept arts for that artwork containing unused/scrapped stuff, general ideas or just initial designs.

Notes:

Penguin Lady's concept is largely inspired by a masked character in Little Nicholas book.

Blue-haired fighter is a reference to Żegnaj Paro (eng: Goodbye Steam), a 1974 Polish animation inspired by Yellow Submarine.

Recording bystander concept is one of my favorites, absolutely love it; clothes, expression, black blush. It's a shame I couldn't make it justice, but there wasn't much room.
