Forget-Me-Nots [closed]
You knew better than to do things that might annoy Kyoya. He was easily annoyed, especially while working. Really though, he would get over it. The other young man was surprisingly forgiving of your transgressions and when it came down to it you were rarely selfish. Just this once, you decided, you would do something entirely for yourself.
So he was confused, it was an obvious reaction. But instead of explaining outright you instead kissed him again, even more deeply than the last time. It was half teeth and tongue and far less cute than his amnesiac self would have ever dreamed of doing.âMm⌠you can take a break, canât you? The work will still be there and we really should celebrate my capabilities to remember basic information returning.â
He wasnât so much as forgiving as he was tolerant. There were many behaviors Kyoya had adjusted to over the years and being bothered while working had been one of them. Being tackled, fitted into ridiculous costumes and, putting on a sweet face for people he couldnât stand were also within his range of talents. Being flung out of his chair into an all encapsulating gesture of affection was a relatively new experience even by Dirkâs behaviors, especially as of recent.Â
âWhat-?â he asked, sputtering as he caught his breath again, hands pressing to Dirkâs chest for a few more inches of space as he processed the information. Normally it wouldnât take so long to do so, but it was more out of disbelief than any failure of logic. âYou mean... you remember everything? How did you-â he stopped, feeling an uncomfortable lump forming in his throat. Instead of inquiring further he simply brought his arms around Dirkâs neck and buried his face there. For a few seconds he was speechless. It wouldnât be proper to say âi missed youâ to someone who had been there all along.Â
