Mariah runs a hand through his hair, playfully tugging at it but nothing too rough. She wants to linger in this moment, to cherish it while they were both here and enjoying each other. Away from everyone else, just like they were in their own little world. “I would you too, I hope you know that, my love.” Her delicate fingers run down to his shoulders, nails gently scratching patterns in them in a way to relax him. “You always keep me warm. Even when I crawl into bed at my coldest.” She laughed and turned her attention to the waves crashing closer, sun just barely above the horizon now. She’s content, feeling like everything had worked out so perfectly for the both of them. “I love you so much… am so in love with you. You’re as beautiful as the ocean to me. I always find myself back here, just like I always find my way back to you. For that I am so thankful.” Mariah’s eyes seemed to glisten in the light, the water’s reflection seemingly darting back off them. “Now, I get to be your wife soon. I couldn’t have dreamed of a more perfect life, all because of you.”
