So, the “doing nothing phase” comes in the moment you decide to shift. I’ll explain better: to shift, you don’t just affirm, imagine or visualise. Actually, those are just actions we do to convince ourselves we are in our dr. But, we don’t need to convince ourselves, because we are already there! The “doing nothing” is basically a “doing nothing”: being relaxed, and just letting go of everything. I, myself, at the start of my shifting journey, had problems understanding this too. “Letting go” “doing nothing” I just couldn’t understand. Truth is, shifting does not happen thanks to affirmation and constantly saying “I’m in my Dr” or things like that. When you decide you’ve shifted, everything is done!!! Boom, you literally did it. The moment you decide you shift, you did. You basically just go with the flow.

At night, in the dark, deep in the sea there’s a star that glows brighter than the others. Nothing can harm her, nothing can touch her, with the beaming light shining within her.

Everything is quiet, yet so loud — everything underwater feels so still, so calm. The deeper you go, the quieter it gets. And yet, all of this stillness is moved by all the energy that flows within. Every movement, every breath, every soul of every being is so loud it swims up to the surface and hurls itself against the sand.

I feel so light — when I swim, it feels like I’m floating. Even with my tail, which is really big, I don’t feel heavy. On the contrary I almost feel like flying. The cool water wraps around me and glides along my body, following every movement I make.

What am I capable of? — deep in the sea, everything gets darker and more peaceful. Everything is silent and, in the darkness, there is always a need for a little light. That’s why I glow, like a star in the vast universe — so radiant that nothing can reach me: bioluminescence.

There’s no need to rush — Time feels different underwater. It stretches, softens, almost disappears. There is no rush, no before or after —only this endless, quiet moment.

Who are my friends?

I often hangout with my friend Zane, a cool great white shark, moving silently beside me through the corals and the swaying seaweed.

Then there’s my friend Loretta, a lively tiger shark, dancing through the currents, forever playing and exploring the endless ocean.

Then there are my girlfriends Sarah, Koko, Aisha and Nerisea, other mermaids who always keep me company.
