Hey guys. So it’s time for me to take a break from the Star Wars fandom. I’ve been here since TFA came out and I need to start thinking about my life again. You know, actually go outside and enjoy my summer before winter is suddenly in my face again. I will probably be back within a month. Hey guys! The Star Wars fitness challenge TFA is finally over. We have added two more days as a showdown so if you want get that extra work out in here they are!

Kylo Ren Day 29: 45 Minute Run +  4 sets of 20 - Sit ups, Mountain Climbers, Push-up twists, Burpees + 1 minute Earthquake and Plank

Han Solo Day 30: 4 sets of 30 - Burpees, Planks Taps, Jack Knife Crunches and Squat Jumps + 60 Minute Run and sprints for the last 5 Minutes
