Sarah #57
Things my mother taught me:
1. It’s okay to cry, but don’t cry over the same thing twice. 2. Never boil the kettle unless you are planning to use it. 3. That strength isn’t just about bravery and courage, but about knowing when to let go and move on. 4. Don’t stay with someone purely because it seems like the right thing to do. 5. Don’t let someone else’s bitterness make you bitter. 6. Love endlessly and recklessly. 7. Stand up for yourself, even when it hurts, even when it’s hard, even when you don’t want to. 8. Patience is necessary.  9. Not everyone deserves your kindness, but be kind anyway. 10. And for Gods sake, do your washing at least once a week.
