You've got a weird curse.
Every full moon you grow four little teats on your stomach, that slowly swell out into a big pink juicy udder. The only way to stop it is to get all the milk out.
Sounds easy, right? Except the longer you go without milking that udder, the more the rest of you changes, and the first thing that happens every time, so fast you usually barely even notice your udder before it starts, is your hands hardening and fusing together into a pair of hooves.
You can go look for someone to ask for help, but by the time you find them your request sounds less like "Can you milk my udder?" and more like "Can MOOO MOOOOOlk MOOO MOOOOOOr".
Your legs have probably changed too by then, bones growing and shrinking and moving around until you can't stand upright anymore, and your toes have turned into another pair of hooves. Your tail will be flicking back and forth in annoyance, covered in the same fur as the big long ears that sit next to your cute little horns.
You'll change back in the morning, you always do, but recently you've noticed that you don't always change back all the way. Your ears are slightly longer and hairier, there's a small twitching lump above your butt, and you tend to draw out your "O"s for just long enough to put people off. After the last full moon your nails turned black, and it takes just a little bit more effort to move your fingers than it used to.
It's probably nothing to worry about, right?
