i really do miss when we used to be friends and id look at you with admiration and think of you fondly, on top of everything you did to hurt me and others, you also took away my friend that i cared about and only left anger in the place of our happy memories

there are many commandments which are important to remember, but one stands out among them. remember it whenever you have trouble in your mind or you are conflicted about a decision. dont make your life harder for no reason. if you constantly criticize yourself to no end or start every day with the preconception that people hate you, you are making your own life harder, and there is no reason to do that. you cant control what emotions and thoughts come into your mind, but you can control what you let stay. as soon as you realize an automatic negative thought is of that nature, you need to respond to it, you cant have it just rotating around. you need to mock it to take away its power and scariness.

we need you alive, i know this is the way. this plant needs every leaf and root and stem and flower and everything to stay whole. we cant do it without you. you need to commit your mind to this. you need to be here and do your part. we are counting on you.
