Welcome to a little blog dedicated to posting art and related works for my current haikaveh piece on ao3! This is a long term project that I’ll be working on in intervals so I hope you’ll enjoy the journey as much as I do! Given the transient nature of a wip, I cannot guarantee a set schedule but I will always be sure to post on a Friday when I’m actively updating this work! Thank you for all the support so far!! Finally finished this piece I penned a while ago before I got dragged into the trenches (adobe illustrator). I was going to put it in the muse collection for part 1 but I felt it needed to be a standalone. Adios ✌🏻😗

Muse ~

Like any project in the long term, a healthy dose of revision can help refresh the art direction when it may begin to feel stale.

I mean to highlight these works in particular because they function as a reference to both you and I — and if they feel incomplete to me, it will fester into my writing and planning. My approach to digital art has changed almost completely from when I first started and I feel much more confident tackling details that I struggled with months prior (shading and blending don’t feel like a chore anymore?? Who knew! Also vibrant colours??? Why do I always forget to draw what I enjoy??!)

All of this is to say that, even with the steep learning curve, I enjoy the art process far better now! <3

I had this idea for a lil art challenge in my head for a while so i tried it out :) Basically I wanted to draw certain scenes using the colour palette/style/composition from a song that resonates with that specific moment, so here’s a few from Part I! I really enjoyed this and I love how they turned out too! Enjoy ~

(P.S..? This is just a disclaimer to say that all the side characters’ names come from botw npcs but they are not those exact npcs - though some of them have ties to those npcs… - except for the zora lmao…)

Finally got my damn pen charged and this is the first thing i drew … i worry about my priorities sometimes (I have so many screenshots in a folder just waiting to be used i swear)

Allo allo!! With Chapter 6 up and running, I’ve thought it best to post this alongside it for some visuals for the outfits thus far (and perhaps some for later chapters…? Tee hee!!)

It’s finished! Finally!! Wow!!?

As per usual I had so much fun with the initial sketches that when I got to the background I collapsed - anyways I am so glad it’s coming along so nicely - I hope yall enjoy it too!!! Really enjoyed figuring out the sisters and our silly goose men!!

(P.S. I am very much aware that I have used Purah’s totk design as ref and therefore it isn’t technically canon but like … her totk design is just so good, you think I’m going to just pass up the chance to draw it!? Not on my watch…)
