Yes and no😅? Gabriel still tries to help/care for Nathalie, despite their conflict (he acts like he is reluctant). Nathalie, who is still disappointed in Gabriel tries to mask her struggles more, so his help is required less. Both of them secretly do worry about each others conditions though and find ways to subtly check on each other:

-Nathalie “accidentally” walks into Gabriel’s arm to see his reaction (he thinks she’s angry) or sends a kwami to check if he’s ok in his lair

-Gabriel uses his Miraculous to see if she is feeling ok

good point 😂, well I figured I should solve this plot hole (and thanks I’m glad you enjoy my art 😄)

And yes Gabe drinks two hot beverages in five minutes

Canon divergent Au where Gabe’s condition doesn’t worsen after being cataclysmed (his arm and a bit of his chest are affected). After a new threat arises in Paris both he and Nathalie become sort of heroes, but haven’t completely given up their quest either. Nathalie forgives him slowly as they work together with the heroes to fight the new villain (and find a cure for her).
