When you are working on a song, how do you choose the artist to do art for it? What are you looking for when requesting work?

Or do they just contact you and you safe their details for the future? Asking to know how to improve my portfolio or what to do with it lmao.

A lot of the artists I work with at the moment are people who I became friends with / worked with early in my career - that being said, I’d always love to see your art!

I’m also in a spot where I’m trying to use more irl images, where digital art has a bit of a different role in my work (think “Are You Still Watching?”). I’m excited to keep exploring that though, and I’ll absolutely be wanting to work with more artists in the future!

What got you into the life series?

I started watching Mumbo's Hermitcraft episodes in season 5, then Grian joined in season 6, caused his mischief, introduced demise, and I followed him over to 3rd Life when that started!

Creatively, the Life Series has been so fun and quite a challenge, especially as each twist comes out. With every season, I try to find a new angle for what to write about! There's so many interesting dynamics that make for good song ideas - I wish I could write them all!
