âË⥠BF!JOHNNY KAVANAGH LOVES WHEN YOUR LIPGLOSS LEAVES A STAIN ON HIM ęŁŕ§
You crane your neck to look at Johnny, taking his attention away from the tv playing a random film and onto you.
The lights were dim and the blanket (and Johnny) was keeping you warm, creating the most perfect cozy atmosphere for your movie date night. Looking up at your boyfriend, you couldnât help but feel a little overwhelmed by your feelings.
Youâd only been officially dating for three weeks, but it felt like the longest time ever. Maybe because you waited so for long.
Johnny was perfect. He was funny, smart, caring, and genuinely listened to everything you said.
It didnât hurt that he was also drop-dead gorgeous, 6â5, and had insane muscles. Seeing them was one thing, but feeling them wrapped around you? You almost stopped breathing.
Thatâs why you just had to give him a kiss. Or two... Or three. Maybe even a few more than that. You couldnât help yourself. Not when you could finally express your feelings freely.
Your lips pressed against his cheek, his soft, barely-even-there dimples making an appearance. His hand came up to cup your chin, pulling you closer for a real kiss.
When you pulled back, intending to continue admiring him, you noticed his lips were a bit more pink than usual. Then your eyes fell to his cheek, which had a big smudge of pink sheen on it.
A quiet giggle escaped from your lips, a shy smile breaking out on your face. You felt your cheeks warm, embarrassed by your mark left on his face.
âWhatâs funny, baby?â He asked with a knowing grin, and even if you couldnât see him you would know he was smiling from the sound of his voice alone. âGot something on my face?â
You bit down on your bottom lip, trying uselessly to hide your smile. âNo.â When your hand started to come up, planning on wiping his face clean, he caught you by your wrist.
âUh-uh. Leave it.â
âJohnny.â
âI love it. Shows Iâm yours.â
âJonathan.â
âBaby.â He grinned like he had already won, giving you another kiss on the lips. But you didnât kiss back, nor did you push him away. It wasnât like you actually didnât want the kiss, you just wanted to play around with him a little bit.
He pulled back with furrowed brows.
âReally?â He started pushing his head in your neck, giving it a few quick pecks that tickled. You fell on your back, forcing Johnny to have to hover over you in your new position for his hands to creep up your sides.
You laughed so hard your core hurt and your eyes were filling with tears, when his hands finally stilled against your hips and his lips met yours again.
This time you couldnât fight it. Your lips moved against his in a gentle yet passionate kiss. His thumb ran comforting circles against your hips, the tv still blaring and flashing brightly.
Johnny pulled away just enough to stay close but be able to see you. His soft, masculine voice came out so quietly you almost missed it, barely more than a breath when he said, âI love you.â
Your heart skipped a beat, then started pounding, a million thoughts racing through your head. You stayed quiet longer than you meant to, your body struggling to catch up with your brain.
âShite. Too soon?â While Johnny was doing his best to hold his composure, trying to seem like he wasnât beyond nervous, you saw right through it. âYa donât have to say it, if yâarenât ready.â
You shook your head, âI love you too, Johnny.â
A giddy smile broke out on his face, his cheeks redder than they were earlier but this time it wasnât because of the lipgloss.
âAre you... Are you blushing, Jonathan Kavanagh?â
âOh, shut up. Yâmade me nervous.â
