Whew, thank you everyone for your overwhelming patience and kind words in our ask box over the weekend. Leading into this week, we’re going to drop a few things, namely our species breakdowns and our discord! when will that happen? We’re happy to announce that will be coming in the next 24 hours! We’ll give more information as we have it, but make sure to watch out for more details as we drop them here later today.

👻 MISGUIDED GHOSTS is a currently accepting applications for 3-4 positions for our staff. what is MISGUIDED GHOSTS? well, to put it simply, we’re a small town based, preternatural rp that’s currently in the building process. much of the skin is currently completed, a large portion of the lore is done, and we’re chugging along to announce an opening date and a number of awesome events leading up to it! so what do we need? put simply, we need a team to help run the site and grow the community. so, if you’re interested, feel free to fill out our submission form and we’ll review it and get back to you as soon as possible.

great question! so yes, we will be a premium jcink roleplay, so we will be allowing mature content on the board. that being said, i try not to dictate the level of maturity an rper might have based on their age. so, we'll be allowing 18+ (and let's be realistic, it's hard to patrol beyond that), with the caveat that anyone joining be aware of the existence and likelihood that there will be differing mature topics they might come across on the site. so, we ask everyone to police themselves on the matter and make sure they're comfortable with such environment before joining us at misguided ghosts.

so, we went a bit wild and knocked out about 75% of the species last night, and short of some proof reading, should be ready to start dropping more details on the starting species we have on misguided ghosts. so, who would you like to see us drop first from our species? what species are you most excited to make a character in? drop in our ask box and we’ll drop out first groups this weekend!

when do you plan to let applicants know if they've been accepted or not?
thank you for your interest as always! we're still finalizing some points on the skin so that it works for the final run to put everything together. This week we'll be doing a release of our skin/profile app! my daughter's birthday is tomorrow, so i'm going to finish up the species breakdowns so we can release those for everyone as well! it's been a bit of a crazy week with all that going on, but we'll go ahead and announce our staff team just before we release our discord so everyone can get settled in as we get ready to open!
Just a quick announcement, we're going to be releasing our humans member group today and all the details therein. Also, we're closing in on our first official previews of the beautiful skin we've been working on for misguided ghosts!
Oh Boy! Happy Friday everyone! Just some things to touch on very quickly! thank you to everyone that has applied for staff thus far. We appreciate you all and we’re going over the applications as we speak. We’re still accepting them, so if you’re still interested, please feel free to submit yours as well. Our skin/profile application are taking additional steps towards completion and some previews here shortly. But today, we’re going to have an event go live later tonight to begin getting everyone involved with the community that we’re pouring our blood, sweat and ritual sacrifices into so we can open asap!
That being said, we want to give you a piece of our species so you can begin considering what characters you might want to breathe some life into on misguided ghosts! While these five are the main focus as we open the site, we’ll be holding events and site-wide plots to bring additional species to our door very soon. Throughout the weekend, be sure to keep an eye out for more detailed releases about each group and their subgroups, some of which are hinted at below.

Happy Monday Y’all! After a quiet weekend, we have a lot of the site done in between five different trips to see batman (if you haven’t seen it yet, highly recommend!). On that note, we will be doing releases all week, and on friday we’ll be holding our first event to earn a free face reserve! More info to come later this week. We also want to say thank you to everyone that has followed and continued to reach out and ask questions, and we’re so excited to see what you bring to our growing community together!
hey! will there be a discord opening before the site opens?
yes, of course! so, we have not create the discord yet, but that will probably be done and completed following the weekend (because i'm going to see batman like five times this weekend), and next week i'm excited to announce we'll be doing our first official sneaks at the skin, profile application, etc!
