I once again forgot to post yesterday,, it was NOT a good day c’s wise because I went to my grandma’s to help her file her taxes and we had GF/V pizza 🫠🫠🫠
I feel really bad bc I passed out in front of her later (thanks P0TS) and she had me €at a slice of (GF/V) cheesecake,, I love her so much and I’m so grateful for her and I feel so bad for scaring her but also €at!ng all that was so scary for me. And I even 4t€ last night after I got home too so like wtf ghost. I did do y0ga but still :/

My day so far 😂 grocery store was having a HUGE sale on bananas (FIVE cents per POUND???) so my bf and I went and got a simply ungodly amount. I put most in my freezer
I got FORTY TWO bananas for 85 CENTS after tax. My bf got 51… I feel like a person from an elementary school math problem
A little Russian lady saw us loading up our baskets with bananas and we chatted with her for a bit and she said she’s proud of us 😂

today’s harm reduction tip of the day: (exercise edition)
consider eating something before your work out. it’ll give you energy for your work out and also make it so you don’t pass out
avoid exercising alone. this is for a few reasons. one is so they can call for help if you fall or pass out. another is that exercising with someone else makes you less likely to overexert yourself and risk injury
make sure you stay hydrated! you need more water when you exercise so don’t neglect your water intake! also consider taking electrolytes
make sure to get some protein in after your workout. protein helps your muscles repair themselves!
try to exercise in a way you genuinely enjoy instead of using it as a way to punish yourself. try dancing, going for a nice walk, playing a game of tennis, or going for a swim instead of running on the treadmill for hours
if rest days are too stressful, consider having an “active rest day” where you exercise less than usual

I forgot to post yesterday!! I spent the night with my bf and ended up hangin with him until I left for work (which ended up being absolutely LOVELY!!!) :3

Soooooooooooo. Yesterday was rough. I think the combo of w€!ghing more than expected + what happened at my work finally settled in and I ended up spending the whole day dissociated. Nothing felt real at all and I spent the whole day in a fugue state :/
But today is a new day and I’m feeling better :) got a teams meeting for training for my youth and I’m gonna spend the rest of the day continuing to take care of myself.
