i’m back. the pandemic really has been messing with my mental, emotional, and physical health.

so i’m dedicating the next 100 days to myself and getting back to healthy! today is day two, yesterday was focused only on work and school.

goals for today:

- finish laundry

- finish my readings for a class

- exercise for an hour, preferably cardio. tomorrow will be an arms day

I haven’t weighed myself since mar 2019, so I should buy a scale to weigh myself and measure my dimensions so I can track my progress, because I’ve definitely gotten out of shape since then.
