sorry let me reiterate. falling madly and deeply in love with someone that actually values and respects you is amazing. someone that reassures me. someone that doesn’t belittle and insult me. someone whose actions match up with their words. someone that doesn’t cheat. someone that takes responsibility for the mental health and doesn’t use it as an excuse for toxic and abusive behaviour. someone that lets me express how I feel without making me feel bad or manipulative for expressing them. someone that actually trusts me, and doesn’t make me isolate from my female friends. someone that understands I have my own life and I’m allowed to live it without explanation. someone that doesn’t send me pics of cuts deep in her skin all because I’ve gone to the pub with some mates. someone that doesn’t hit me, apologise, say it’ll never happen again, and then lie and try to gaslight me into thinking I overexaggerated.
