Saskatchewan Roughriders and Calgary Stampeders go head to head in the CFL Western conference final. Saskatchewan takes it in a landslide in freezing temperatures, in front of a crazy mix of equal parts riders and Stampeders fans! Go Riders Go!!!!!

Today is one of those days I am grateful for who I am and what I do. Traveled to Maui last night, as a pilot, bringing 165 happy vacationers to their favourite place. Today as a crossfitter, I rode a mountain bike 33kms, ran 6kms in terrain that the bike could no longer go, and spent time, alone, with the ocean. Today is a good day.

Another successful night of photoboothing last Saturday night! Thanks for all the help Elly Mae! Congratulations to John and Chrystal, thanks for the invite to come entertain your guests and bring along our new toy: the Instagram instaprinter. Always a hit.

Dinner…. Man meal.

The people next door... Uhm... They had crabs. Several lbs of Russian king crab, a huge bowl of risotto, and some wine... Thanksgiving done Canadian style! Score one for the turkey. Bring on the expressos infused chocolate mousse!

My 4th little monster on her 4th birthday. Spousal unit rocks out the rainbow cake with pennant flags, and multi coloured Gumballs. It's a Pinterest moment....

Yesterday: October 9th on the water, today… Watching golf ball size snow fall from the sky. Only in canada eh?

A little running on the East Coast of Canada before the snow begins to fly! Running was never my thing, but just the fact that it doesn’t take up much time, and the investment is minimal makes it a worthy cause on occasion. Happy Tuesday!

Of course, one of these around the house would be great, especially after you have a party at your parents house, and have several items to replace!

Catching a ride no matter what!

An invisible force like an iron clamp, ruthless and cold, holds my heart. Shots of adrenalin dumping recklessly into the void, without specific targets, it races me to the redline of my reality. I am not without control over my body, but my conscious emotional core is flying now, and it's on a crash course... Lying down brings relief, fighting for what I believe in brings results; I am in charge, but slightly out of control. Time and tears heal all... Laughter will be the end result, and then another cycle in my life is complete. Till next time.
