Can I ask for headcanons about Lupin's crew as dads? ^^
Aye-aye! I’d be happy to! – Mod Nautilus

Lupin would love being the light of his kids’ lives. From the time they were in diapers all the way up, Lupin would find new ways to shock and impress them with his tricks. He delights in calling his family his “Band of Noble Thieves” and even makes a special trip to Leonhardt to show off his new bundles of joy.
“Take a good look at them, old man, because when they get older all you’ll see are their backs as they follow in THEIR old man’s footsteps!”
When push comes to shove, though, I think he would be happy with any vocational path his children choose. He would want his children to be free to forge their own paths– as long as they keep their honorable hearts. His brand of justice is definitely something that he would work hard to pass on.
… There’s definitely a part of him that doesn’t want them to grow up to be detectives, though!! Which makes things a little awkward when a certain Herlock Sholmes keeps on visiting. He insists that he’s only there to accompany Watson, though. After all, there is no finer doctor in London, and the children need check-ups.
… Hilariously, the children are very fond of Sholmes, and begin to call him ‘Uncle’.

When Van’s first child is born, he refuses to leave the baby’s side. Even though that’s the case, he’s rather nervous about holding the baby. It’s so… tiny and small… so FRAGILE. What if he hurt them? It takes a long time for the mother to convince Van that he’s gentle enough to hold the back… and then it’s even harder for him to let go. He holds that baby every moment he can.
Because of this, I imagine his children becoming very, very attached to him– and he loves it. He’s their quiet protector, saving them from monsters that lurk in closets and under beds. He teaches them how to defend themselves, even if their tiny fists could do no damage to humans, they’re fantastic for taking out boogeymen!
As his children grow up, though, it becomes hard for Van to learn to let go. He’s still their protector… and becomes a little OVER-protective. Heaven forbid one of his children bring home a date! This would drive a wedge in their relationship, and it would take many long conversations with his partner for Van to realize that he has to trust them. They aren’t fragile babies anymore.

Fran would spoil his children before they’re even born, reading to them when they’re inside their mother’s womb. He would be so excited, talking to all of his patients about how wonderful the mother is and what a fantastic job she’s doing and how well everything is going.
When they’re born, Fran would hang their pictures up all over his office, he would even joke about them replacing Sisi as a mascot (Sisi is very offended by this suggestion). Even when his children wake him up in the middle of the night crying, Fran always greets them with a smile.
He continues to read to them about every subject he can get his hands on– from fantastic stories to biographies of important men and women in history. Even if their mother tells him that they won’t understand, he smiles and says that– even if a part of them understands the feelings of his words, then it’s all worth it.
When his children get older, Fran tries very hard to be fair and firm, a pillar in their life. …… It doesn’t work, though, and it becomes very obvious what a pushover of a dad Fran is. The mother would definitely have to be the one to discipline them!

I personally imagine Impey adopting a bunch of kids and becoming an “old man” just like he had. However, in keeping with the theme of the rest of these answers, I’ll proceed as if he’s become a biological dad.
When Impey finds out that his wife is pregnant, he cries with joy and picks her up to spin her around, only to be sharply reprimanded to be careful with her. From then on, he pretty much treats her like a porcelain doll, spoiling and tending to her every need.
He makes the nursery himself! It might look a little strange at first, but clearly a lot of love was put into it. Despite the crib and other furniture being made of metal, he’s covered it all with so many soft things that there’s no way his baby would be uncomfortable. He even drags Fran over and asks him to make sure that everything is perfect for the baby’s health.
Impey is the coolest dad EVER. He constantly has to fight with himself about whether his kids are old enough to do things like ride in the Ornithopter, but he’ll always make sure they go on plenty of adventures. He loves driving his family through the London countryside where they can collect fireflies and watch the moon.
He’s pretty much the opposite of Van when it comes to protectiveness. He wants his kids to be safe, of course, but he also wants them to explore their own passions, even if it means they might end up with scraped knees. He’s always there with a bandage and a healing kiss, anyway! Chuu–!

Saint never expected to be a father. In all of his years, it was the furthest thing from his mind. Does that mean he isn’t excited? Far from it! He just has to prepare first. He goes into overdrive baby-proofing the mansion, making sure that there are no antiques that could hurt his child. He becomes so intent on making sure that his baby has a welcoming environment that both the mother and the rest of the Lupin Gang are a little worried. But, when they see how honest Saint’s smile is, they let him have his eccentricities.
The baby is born into pretty much a palace. Saint spares no expense making sure that his child and the mother have the very best.
He’s very surprised one night, though, when the baby receives a christening from someone very unexpected.Three someones, actually– and a dog. Truth be told, he’s hesitant for Omnibus to even see his child, but she’s charmed when the baby smiles at her. She tells Saint that this child is destined for wonderful things.
Saint might even be more protective than Van, but he’s far subtler about it. As his child gets older, though, they would definitely pick up on their father’s mannerisms. Saint’s smile hides a LOT, but his child would be sharp enough to know when their father is worrying a little too much.
Saint would definitely choose not to tell his child about his past, and that’s something he would discuss with his partner as soon as he found out he would be a father. I doubt that Saint’s child would ever remember meeting Omnibus, but they’re very fond of their Uncle Hansel (even if he does eat all their candy)… and a little intimidated by their cool Aunt Guinevere.
