So this was unintentional. I made what was essentially spaghetti with bowtie noodles. I don't know if I overseasoned it or what but it was really good and I ate a LOT. Fast forward 3 hours later to brutal heartburn and waves of nausea. It came up in thick chunky but watery waves. At one point there is so much coming up you can even hear it leave my stomach. I had to squeeze my belly to help get it up.
Was going though my old videos trying to figure out what one to re upload next and come across this one it was one of my first videos I recorded.
I think i had been out the night before drinking woke up with a hangover and though it would be a good idea to have breakfast but it didn't sit well and I felt so ill. So I had to bring it all back up 💜💜💜

Sick at work, sick at home, sick literally everywhere lol.
So I’ve been in the fucking pits.
On a heavy course of antibiotics for an infection in my stomach (ironic right lol).
Unsurprisingly, I’ve been having liquid diarrhea. That’s what hit me first and really hard. I kind of exploded in my underwear last night and cried for like thirty minutes. Had to squat in the shower and push as much of it out as I could.
I threw up twice at work today, and had an accident again once from the force but it wasn’t nearly as bad as last night so I could clean up and kept on.
The first time it was really chunky and awful, probably my lunch. The second time was mostly digested and honestly better because the chunks were mixed with the water I drank.
I kept burping up vomit into in my mouth when I went back to work, it was burning hot and completely liquid and tasted like shit. three times I rushed to the toilet again and only gagged because I could feel the heat creeping up my chest.
I tried having a meal replacement shake and some toast to settle my belly after work, but obviously this backfired. I’ve never really thrown up like this before, i would get little warning and it would sort of explode out of me. It tasted and smelled literally VILE like the most bitter shit I’ve ever vomited, straight medicine. It got on the toilet seat a few times, like every time I would stand up it would coax more air out of me and I’d have to lean back over.
(TMI but I was also farting like crazy the entire time, ew, I think I’m kind of empty on that end but I still had my pants off in case)
I do actually feel way better after this last puke. I’m in bed now and I have a bowl with me because I still feel queasy and full somehow. More burping but I think it’s empty air. I hope lol.
Usually vomiting turns me on to some degree but this was legit harrowing lol and embarrassing as fuck because I had to tell my coworkers I was off being sick in the toilet.
I wrote that last night and this is the today update:
Really thought that I was feeling a lot better today. I had some lunch (rice and chicken) and lay around most of the day too tired to get up. Only problem was the bloating, I have NEVER been this bloated and tight, especially in my lower belly. I’m real skinny and it was sticking out of me completely rounded like I was going to explode.
Then something happened to me that’s never happened before, I threw up into my hands. I fucking wish I made this up. was lying on the couch, feeling queasy after lunch but not really thinking anything of it. I was massaging my belly to work gas out the other end. I suddenly gagged once and threw up into my mouth, then immediately BURPED into my mouth already full of vomit, which burst out onto my hands, down my shirt and sprayed the edge of the couch because I coughed at the same time.
Completely mortifying, I felt like a toddler.
I stood up and ran to the toilet with my hands cupped under my chin (still covered in vomit), on my way there I threw up into my mouth again but held it in. I threw up three times into the toilet but was straining a lot and my tummy was already hurting from last night so it was painful af. When I had a little break I downed some water and decided I was gonna move to my bed, and take a trash bag with me in case. I was holding the bag under my mouth and could hear and feel liquid and air moving around. More burping and gagging, Then I spent a solid forty minutes bringing up my water in a few huge gushes, then very slowly my lunch, and finally belching a disgusting mix of hot bile and water. I’m on the couch again (cleaned lol) and have the bag by the side. I’m not feeling as bad after that which seems to be the trend but my throat burns and my belly hurts so much.
Hopefully this is the last day of this I fucking pray lol.
A tranquil afternoon in the yard is shattered when a man suddenly gets violently ill while tending his garden.

A woman sat on a patio chair under a tree, reading quietly while her husband tended to his garden. This had been the case for over a half hour, with neither speaking but simply enjoying each other's company.
At least, she assumed he was enjoying her company. Then she heard him approaching and looked up, only to be alarmed by how pale he was.
"What's wrong?"
He walked slightly bent over and stopped to lean on the driftwood fence nearest to her. "I really don't feel good all of a sudden."
"You look pale."
"Yeah, I was fine this morning, but--" He closed his eyes and held up a hand telling her to wait. He swallowed with difficulty before continuing. "My stomach hurts and I feel…" He pressed the back of his hand to his lips. "I--" he tried, but his tongue lifted in a shallow gag, and he bent over, holding onto the fence.
She watched helplessly as he shuddered with a tremendous heave, sending a chunky stream of his partially-digested lunch onto the grass.
"Whoa!" she said in alarm.
"Oh geez, I'm sorry," he said while coughing wetly.
"Don't apologize. Don't try to talk."
A deep retch rose in his throat, and he opened his mouth to let out a forceful spew onto the puddle he'd already created.
She left her book and came around to be on the same side of the fence as him. "Poor thing," she fretted, tucking back his hair as he continued to be violently ill. "Just get it all up, now." She rubbed his back.
He swore in between waves of sickness, his voice a slurpy mess as tendrils of stringy saliva and bile dangled from his lips. He rocked with two dry heaves before producing another thick deluge of vomit. There were wet plopping noises as the larger bits hit the pile already on the ground.
His wife murmured comforting words and continued rubbing and patting his back.
He paused, gasping for breath. "Not how I thought this afternoon would go," he said hoarsely.
"I'm sure not," she said. "If you're done I'll help you get to bed and…"
He shook his head vigorously and closed his eyes.
"All right. Get up the rest, then." She patted his back a bit more firmly.
He moaned, hiccupped, and coughed. The coughing soon transitioned into heaving, and a thinner but still copious stream of vomit splashed down. He bent further at the waist, clearly struggling to get up the rest. Hollow retches issued from his throat. He folded both arms across his belly and pressed in. A loud, rasping heave tore through him, and gobs of slime showered from his mouth.
"Good, good, you must be almost done," she encouraged.
He coughed and gagged for another minute or two, spitting up trickles of bile and the bits that had been stuck in his throat, before he finally tried to straighten up--with only partial success. He swore vigorously as he wiped his mouth and chin on his sleeve.
"Feel better?"
"Well, the pain in my gut is better. But I don't know the last time I've been this sick."
She put an arm around his shoulders and led him into the house.
ouhh my sick tummy did not like the pizza and sprite i had.... not used to greasy stuff.. just had to get a container and record it for u lovelies ^^ looots of burps and puking, my tummy needs some care..
