"Hey- uh- Lones?"

The deer was laying in the snow, shivering at the door of his cabin. A broken brace lay behind him and the log pile fell down. He whimpered in pain, his ears perking up when hearing the other’s voice.

[ Ellernate picked Lonelytree up and started carrying them inside, taking them to the living room and setting them down on the couch. ]

[ Ellernate cringed as it saw the way the metal seemed to be cutting into Lonelytree's leg. ]

He tried to lift his leg but whined in pain and gave up. He wasn’t used to do anything without his dad very much. It scared the poor deer.

[ Ellernate went outside and grabbed as many logs as he could to bring inside, then put them into the fireplace. ]

[ It then walked to the kitchen and dug around in the cabinets until they found the medical supplies they needed, then went back to the couch where Lonelytree sat. ]

"Alright, uh... Now I just need to figure out what to do here... Are you bleeding at all? Does anything hurt other than where your brace broke?"

[ Ellernate warned, before prying the brace off and setting it to the side. It then started to clean the wound before wrapping it in bandages. ]

“I…think it’s okay…”

He giggles before stepping closer, his ears flapping a little. He was finally able to get out of the house again and he was full of energy and ready to go!

· The prince snapped out of his trance as soon as he heard LonelyTree's voice.

The deer had a big smile on his face as he pranced over, leg braces falling down a little since he ran a little too fast towards the prince. He didn’t care though, he wanted to see his friend.

· They were going to extend their arms for a hug, but they quickly decided to walk over to LonelyTree and hug him themself before he hurt himself. He'd rather not have the deer getting damaged right after seeing each other again.

The Demi-god hugged back tightly- or well- as tightly as his weak body could. His tail wagged rapidly behind him, rubbing his cheek against the other’s affectionately!

· They let out a small, soft giggle at the deer's action. They rubbed his back gently in turn as they hummed,

"Isn't your dad a bit too overprotective of you?"

· He gave the demi-God a soft pat on the back and a concerned look.

Lonely remembered the day that he fell out of that huge tree. StickMasterLuke wouldn’t let him go.

· The prince ruffled Lonely's hair, quickly taking notice of the other's discomfort. They swiftly changed the topic as they pulled away a little from the hug, not wanting to get him too cold.

"Let's not dwell on that. Did you see the sunflowers blooming in that field near where Vils lives? They're not my favorites, but I thought you'd like to see them. Wanna go take a look?"

· They chuckled softly and began guiding the deer towards the flower field, cape trailing behind them.

Lonely continues to hold Trap’s hand, tail wagging behind him and braces squeaking with each step.

"That's cute," · They ruffled his hair, smiling. "You're adorable, you know?"

· He let out a small, lighthearted scoff as he continued walking. He would've messed up Lonely's hair more but decided against it.

He let out a bleat, trying not to kick his legs happily. They were already aching enough as is.

The deer seemed excited. He was when he saw anyone he recognized really!

"Oh. Hey, Lonely. I've been fine mostly, just... a little stressed from cramps. You?"

He pranced over, legs braces squeaking a little. He wanted to hug into Caleb but decided personal space was the best option.

- He gave a small glance at the deer's leg braces and raised an eyebrow ever so slightly. He wasn't sure if he should be talking to LonelyTree and risk making the other's dad annoyed at him.

He giggled before tilting his head at the mention of his braces squeaking.

“Oh these old things?”

Lones raises one of his legs, looking down at the braces. He seems to not care of the condition of his legs in general.

The deer seemed excited. He was when he saw anyone he recognized really!
