Second of all, how did you read me so well, I’m embarrassed. I actually used to go with water based markers + colored pencils back when I did traditional art. I guess a relevant post from by blog would be this one.

I always loved adding texture to the drawing. I used to add it with colored pencils (back then), then as I switched to digital I would add pencil-like strokes in the end here and there.

I honestly don’t know how to explain the process… I can show you?

Well, even though Hornet got to grow up with her mother, her childhood still was during the Infection. She grew up waiting for a moment she looses everything: her mother, laid down to sleep forever; her father, lost in desperate attempts to seek a cure; her siblings - raised to be a sacrifice for the greater good. Yes, things did turn out okay in the end in this AU, but the Princess of Hallownest no longer wishes to wait patiently for all she loves to be taken away by a vengeful god again. After all, those who call themselves god can rarely match the title.

He probably thinks “well, MY daughter is strong enough to defeat a sovereign of another kingdom, if she wants to go do that, she can go”. Just me realising that to finish this comic I’ve made in November I’d have to revert to my old art style (which was extremely time consuming) to make it look cohesive.

I have watched the recent films and loved them.

Then I watched Sonic Prime and loved it too.

Then I thought: oh I should try games.

I have played one when I was a child, but couldn’t remember which one, turned out it was referenced in this recent game I bought lmao.

So I bought Sonic X Shadow Generations. I like both characters, so it made sense to buy a game with them both.

Is a fucking rage bait factory for me. Don’t get me wrong, I’m not a stranger to hard games, my favourite game series of all time is Hollow Knight series.

But man

I can’t with this Sonic game. My hands hurt. And my pride hurts too. I push the joystick 1 mm to the right AND I’M DEAD IN THE DITCH and I have already missed a turn to get a red star. And I have to start again.

AND IT PISSES ME OFF

And it feels like I suck at the game horribly and it’s not fun to me that way 😔
