Crawford should’ve been trigging asf for ben it was literally a high school occupied by people just like the bandits (sexual exploitation/abuse, tyrannical rule, greatly inclined to violence and sadistic acts). It’s basically an amalgamation of his trauma up until this point added onto the fact Ben notes Kenny was warming up to him after everything with Kay and duck.
