I love assisted peeing in a cute hurt/comfort whump way. Like the thought of someone needing help peeing because they're too sick, weak, injured, etc to get up on their own. So someone else has to help them up as gently as possible, mindful not to put stress on their bladder.

It's especially sweet when they're saying words of reassurance to the injured/sick character telling them how strong they are and how good they're doing. The whumpee can only take solace in their words and try to let themselves relax while they're being held up.

Now imagine if they're shy.

The other character holding them up is confused because they seemed so desperate but now not even a drop has come out. They're patient but they grow concerned when the whumpee starts to tremble, repeating that they can't over and over.

The character helping them stand realizes it's because they're shy so they try to think of a way to make them feel more comfortable. They play with their hair/rub their back/ try to reassure them that it's okay and they can let it go.

When that doesn't help, they have to gently kneed/rub their bladder to finally get it to relax. While the injured character is peeing, the other one holds them tight to try and make them feel less awkward.
