For the first time in my life I had intervene in my brother's behaviour regarding their desire to leave their girlfriend in a drunken rage in the middle of waiting for cancer results..

I told him for four days that the mature thing is to sit down and discuss all the issues with the girlfriend.

Leo ascendant with Virgo mars, Jupiter and saturn feel so very cruel sometimes. Just because I gave the wrong amount by mistake should not make me a fucking idiot and an imbecile. How can a third mistake in four years cancel out all nice things I have given and done right?

A really easy two ingredient recipe/method:

Boil 250 grams of gluten free potato gnocchi for two minutes. Fry a can of drained chickpeas in oil for 10 minutes. Add chilli powder and salt. Plate up.

This is for those days you have the energy for cooking.

Frozen veggie mix, chickpea rice and a mild mushroom sauce

Boil the rice. Add salt and seasonings to taste. Fry the veggies, and season with salt and cumin. When the veggies were done i just poured the already made on top, mixed it well and heated it through.

The mushroom sauce was made and given to me by a friend. I haven't any recipe but here's what I can gather: it's a chinese soy sauce and fresh tomato sauce based thickened with either corn starch or a vegan roux. There's way over two cloves of garlic. My firiend said to add chilli myself, either powder or fresh. The mushrooms are white jumbo ones.

Today's recipe is fried croquettes / nuggets, mashed potatoes and eggplant puree.

Grab your favourite vegan croquettes or nuggets. Defrost them in the microwave before frying in olive oil or vegan. Prepare mash from scratch or use your favourite instant variety. Serve with your desired condiments. I used hoisin sauce this time. You can leave out the eggplant puree but i find the texture nice.
