Tokay (Tokkei) Woman is the resident time-stopper, because her name puns into Japanese "tokei" for "watch"

Reach (Riichi) Woman uses her special, baggy cloth to generate lots of static to store for powering weapons and electromagnetism. She's build to 'reach' places that other construction bots have a hard time accessing. Her name puns that, with "Leachie", her gecko base (among other things, like her goofy mahjong theme). If captured and repurposed for combat, she could supercharge her energy absorption abilities to become an energy-"leech" ability.

Gutter (Gataa) Woman was intentionally plagiarized from Snake Man by Dr. Harp for Reasons. She's based on a garter snake, and specializes in external building fixtures and cleaning. She's also somewhat gutter-minded.

Heavy (Hebii) Woman was built parallel to Gutter, is based on a reticulated python, and is the group's lifter and transporter. Her pun is more on "hebi" meaning snake, than anything specific to her species.

Nail (Neeru) Woman is a pun on sNail, and manufactures and distributes nails, screws, and other construction fasteners. While built as 'female', learned more about gastropods and therefore identifies as  intersex/genderfluid along with Slag Woman (though both accept any gender, esp. the common 'she/her', they only use 'they/them' between one another).

Slag (Suragu) Woman is a pun on slug, and smelts down scrap metal to repurpose. They're also the only DHN specifically geared towards combat for protecting the others (though it's not like others don't have the ability). Both of them aren't specific nods to herpetoculture, but were meant to complete the snake < toad < slug joke started by Snake Man and Toad Man (based on the Japanese 'mushi-ken' variant of rock-paper-scissors).

Pack (Pakku) Man is the only male of the group, and is a pun on the Argentine horned frog's common hobby name of "pacman frog", and has spatial bending ability similar but not quite exactly like the Black Hole, allowing him to basically act as a walking Bag of Holding for the other DHNs to carry tools and materials.
