I need to make it super clear that I am 100% OK with this and I think it’s funny as hell. I am just completely and utterly flabbergasted because:

1) What string of thoughts led to you making this and

2) WHY did you decide to make this

Okay, this is sad and pathetic, but I need help paying a $10.97 fee that PayPal charged me due to an issue with a client; I’m just tired of trying to contact them. A few weeks ago, PayPal flagged the payment as suspicious activity, but despite everything, it wasn't resolved, and now they’re charging me. It sounds really pathetic, but honestly, I have no money and no job nobody wants to hire me. All my commission money went toward things for my cat: the vet, food, and dewormer. I have nothing left. Ten dollars might not seem like much to some people, but to me, it’s a lot.

I don't understand why they're asking me for 10 dollars when it clearly says 8

It could have been more money, or things could have been worse, but things in my life are so bad that this makes it frustrating.
