I finally went NO CONTACT with my toxic/abusive ex ( our relationship was fucked up and I was FUCKED UP TOO before meeting him u.u) 'cause he broke a fucking IMPORTANT boundary we , together, established months ago as a rule to see each other again, just as friends. He fucked up BIG TIME (like getting police involved, no jokes u.u) and now I just want to keep living my life and healing and being a happier human being. I warned him he was going nuts again more than one in the last month (and I respect ALL mental health issues- cause I'm struggling too :)- ) but he refused to acknowledge his own pain.

I'm REALLY sorry for him and I love him dearly like my "adopted" brother, but he must LEARN to ask for help when he's not fine.
