What is Art?

I decided to do a visual repersentation of my mind map, allowing me to incorropt different mediums with in the one video. My concept i have tried to focus on is about 3d Art and illusions, i concentrated on showing the different forms of 3d art in order to create a illisuon in my mind map so it can help me find a media i want to use in my final product for week 9. Creating my short flim, i used imovie and videos i found on youtube to give me examples and ideas for the future. I cut the footage up and fastened up the past in order to allow more time to view other forms. I feel my choice of a visual mind map is better in regards to 3d and illusions being able to be been seen as examples rather written down or trying to do an art work myself. I rather understand the fall grasp of it before i try myself. My choice of footage are also helping me along the way with how to actually do 3d works so not only is my video showing me 3d work and illusions it shows me how to do it and other ways i can do it. 

the map i would like to create will be regarding 3D works ideas and inspirations in a 3D map 

Much like these photos they have used 3d art to create art work or tell a story or show and experience, i wish to achieve something alone these lines.

this was the music i used for the experiment i tried to do 

I took a different approach with this peice, where i put on piano music something with no real feeling or label to it and began to draw for 15 mins listening and feeling the music trying not to draw anything or anyone but still something at the same time, it didnt work work it failed but i learnt from the experience of trying to draw nothing with nothing music doesnt work..

I draw the artwork then uploaded it to photo shop and reflected it and faded it to add the affect and meaning with the faded area it refers to ideas of uncertainty of idenity 

SEVENTH PEICE I chose to experiment with video media so after Multi times I was to semi figure it out! I tried created and experimenting with impromp theatre where I hate someone telling me words i can to use and I created a "I AM NOT " vid like a presentation in class but rather more random selection from someone else's mind than my own.

with this work i started to research things that label us like post code, barcode, finger print,pass port etc thinking what if we didnt have these? what if noone had put a label on us or, what if all we got was labels and that is how we are identified

FIVTH PIECE This artwork is experimenting with shadows regarding the "I am not" idea Although we are we have a shadow we don't have base of what the shape/shadow came from. It relates to things being about the true form or your true form or even what it should be.

FOURTH PIECE With this artwork I am trying to emphasis that idea of not only one person but all people having no real identity no real features to scream I'm not this but I am this.. I didn't want detailed pictures I wanted to sketch like faces with almost terror coming across I experimented with photo shop and flipped and reflected the imagine to make it look like more no more faces rather than the one.

all my works are a linked through the fact that at the end of it i hope to have an answer to be able to answer what i am not and who i am and how they can be said. 

i liked the use of light contrast with creating dark patches in areas we are unsure of that idea of "Loss of knowlegde" 

as you can see this is is very literal why of seeing things as it is in text, my next picture will explore how i can present this is the same way same meaning just using pictures
