victorrseā:
He was speechless, completely and utterly speechless. He didnāt know how to respond to that, what could he say? In time like these usually Victor would just break the moment by saying something funny, a pickup line, a joke, something but his mind was completely blank. Had the man really recited poetry? What was this, maybe he had died and didnāt know it, maybe the other was just playing him on⦠Gavynās words did sound sincere. Finally looking up into the others man eyes, he squinted.ā Are you messing with me?ā The pianist asked.ā I donāt want to sound insensitive but is there a catch to all of this? Iām not used to such flattery and Iām not sure how to take such strong words..ā He admitted, taking a deep breath to calm himself down, it worked even if it was just for the time being.Ā ā You know sirens can be very dangerous, you should be cautious because I might be very dangerous. As you can see by my really serious face and not at all embarrassed demeanor.Ā ā
āThe only catch is you knowing how much youāve affected me. Really, Iām not much of a romantic. But around you, it just rushes out of me, and I have no idea where it all comes from. The dregs of poetry I remember from secondary and university classes, the tiny cues Iāve gleaned from sappy movies. Youāll have to be sure and tell me the things you donāt like.āĀ Yes, sirens were dangerous, but Gavyn honestly couldnāt see where the man had a dangerous bone in his body. Victor seemed strong, yes, but it was more a strength in having a kind character, being resolute in beliefs - but dangerous wasnāt the first thing Gavyn thought of upon seeing the man. What was dangerous about Victor was how quickly Gavyn had been taken with him, the speed at which heād felt himself falling -- or maybe he was flying. All he knew was gravity no longer existed.Ā āYou seem serious enough, oh dangerous one. So tell me, Victor - do you plan on dragging me to the depths of the ocean or shall we indulge ourselves in a forbidden romance?ā
