Cherish looked down as her eyes widen, but had her usual calm smile “Gash!” she picked him up and hugged him tightly “I miss you” she said.

"Gash, I’m sorry about that" she held him close wanting to cry, but couldn’t "Nicole is" she bit her bottom lip "She’s doing ok" she said. She didn’t want him to worry.

"Huh..? Hey, kid, you shouldn’t be around here," Rodeaux warned, walking towards them. Chita was following behind, and glanced over her shoulder as if to make sure nothing and no one was watching or following them. "And you probably shouldn’t be yelling that you know me out of nowhere. I’m not a good person to know right now."

Cherish didn’t let him go. Luckily she wasn’t at Faudo right now “I’m doing ok, been trying to survive this battle, little brother” she said.

"I missed you too Cherish!" He bounced a bit as she hugged him and he snuggled her too. "How have you been? I have been well myself and Kiyomaro too!" He told her.

Gash nodded, hugging her tightly. She was right. No one could because he was safe with her. She always knew how to make him feel better. Then the boy realized he was in..bed? Was it just a nightmare? “Cherish..What happened?” The boy could vaguely remember a thing. He just knew that he could see Riou charging fourth to attack. Kiyomaro beaten so badly he couldn’t move. But they were in the Mamodo world now..So it had to be a dream.

"You don’t have any reason to be here. To come and see me."

"Would you get me a hot chocolate and a sandwich? I’m not picky about what kind— I’ll pay you back," she assured him as she took a seat at a small table near the fireplace.

"Sure. And don't bother payin' me back!" He called to her a bit as she went to take a seat. He moved over to the counter to order thinking to himself. He would deny her offer to give him money back and if she gave him some, he'd slip it back into her bag. With that he handed over his money to the cashier and bowed his head in thanks, walking back towards the table. He took a seat, looking at her. "Well it's been ordered. Should be out in just a few minutes" His eyes watched her, wondering if she was thinking about Rodeaux or something else.
