in general i find that so few people understand how relevant the concept of injustice is to their own lives, and it's a huge problem in any kind of organizing because of the degree of awareness building it requires to even make people cognizant of the injustice they themselves have personally have faced.
people just are so trained and primed to blame themselves for any type of failure, because the systems that produce that failure are rendered invisible to us, and because failure is aggressively frame as the result of Personal Defect in our society.
MY GRAND UNIFYING THEORY OF FAILURE, FOR REAL. FELLOW FAILURES! GET MAD!
failure is framed by default as the result of Personal Defect Or Shortcoming unless there is sufficient convincing (to whom?) evidence otherwise
i would argue we should consider failure, by default, to be the natural and intended outcome of the way institutions are set up.
