Luce getting sassed by Jane 😖

-he's the child of farmers who work in a large hacienda near the sea. his father is in the fields while his mother tends the orchards. he's the middle child of three siblings. His older brother is a butcher and fishmonger. His younger brother is an altar boy.

-the employers his parents work for are insulares - Spaniards born and raised in Spanish era PH. he's childhood friends with their daughter. It was the haciendero's wish to send his daughter to take her higher education in Europe, so Luce became her chaperone/nanny despite being nearly the same age

-A plague came, and most longterm overseas transportation stopped so Luce and the girl weren't able to return back home. However it was still entirely possible to travel within the continent, and so after bidding goodbye to their loved ones at the school, Luce and the girl headed to Yharnam.

He's an apprentice of Eileen, with his main weapon being Blade of Mercy. He specialises in custom incense mixes, with plumeria being his signature scent. He cultivates plumeria in the back garden of the Hunter's Dream to get more flowers. The torn cape is the only remnant of his past - what remained of a student's uniform, and a future he was a fool to hope for.

I’m dipping into animating again, bit by bit 💖 Always wanted to animate my characters to this song. This version is beautifully sung by a duet and I couldn’t resist!
