I had to scrap the body I was already sculpting because it had a basic flaw. It just needed to be started over. This is the beginning of the new body, plus the head ornaments! mold-making success! (after some finagling with old containers of silicone that didn't want to set... eek!) The silicone I have is actually a sample given to me by @smoothon at @gen_con a couple of years ago... thanks guys!! Cast in hydrocal and also tried Monster Clay, which I bought a while ago but haven't used yet. It melts and pours like a dream... on the one hand this is a joke post because lol i have never made a good post in my life, but also, if i hadnât made the connection between this update and my sudden nosedive in activity, i would have been really fucking discouraged about all the shit iâve been working on lately. i guarantee there are people on tumblr right now who havenât made that connection, and who are trying to figure out why suddenly no one likes anything theyâve made. and that fucking sucks.
Reminder to go into your settings and turn off âBest Stuff Firstâ because my activityâs tanked a couple days ago for no reason so this stuff IS happening.
You WILL miss content with that setting on.

Yep. For each post, activity used to peak and then taper off gradually. This month, it tanks abruptly after a short period of time instead, curtailing the normal activity trend. Truly disheartening.
