Amber was a whiz at lots of things, science, math; smart as anything but there’s always that one thing that you just cant wrap your head around sometimes. For her it was Korean. She wasn’t necessarily bad but her grammar needed some work if she was going to be speaking on TV with native speakers. For some reason she just couldn’t get it down! A sigh left her as she made her way to a class of a different language, Mandarin Chinese, which thankfully her parents had bestowed some knowledge of upon her. She was born of Chinese parents, so it was a given that they would teach their child the language, Amber having grown up speaking an okay amount for growing up in America.

"Irene! I’m gonna start it without you if you don’t hurry!” Teasing as usual, Amber opened the door of the microwave to extract a hot, freshly popped bag of buttery popcorn, pouring it out into a large bowl big enough for two to share. Two, because currently she and Irene were the only two at the dorm and were utterly bored without their leader. To combat this the two soon-to-be idols decided it would be fun to have a girls’ night to themselves, complete with movies, popcorn, gossip, and whatever else came to mind along the way, surely something that would keep them occupied for the night.

Elder member AJ darted into the living room with popcorn in hand and flopped onto the couch. Now that they had settled into the dorm they had gotten a bunch of dvd’s and a dvd player, among other amenities, and it was really starting to feel like home instead of just a dorm where they slept after a long day of practice.
