. . جانب من المدينة القديمة في بريزرن، ويظهر أحد أهم مساجد المدينة، مسجد سنان باشا، الذي يتوسط ساحة شادروان في قلب المدينة القديمة .. بُني هذا المسجد خلال الفترة #العثمانية وتحديداً في سنة ١٦١٥م، وبقي قائماً منذ ذلك الوقت حتى حروب #البلقان والحرب العالمية الأولى، حينما تم استخدام المسجد كمخزن للذخيرة من قبل الجيوش البلغارية والصربية. وقد تضرر المسجد بشدة حتى تهدمت بعض أجزاءه. ثم في عام ١٩٦٩م تم تحويل المسجد إلى متحف للنقوش الشرقية. لكن في عام ٢٠١١م ، وبتبرع من الوكالة التركية للتعاون والتنسيق (TIKA)، تم إجراء أعمال ترميم وصيانة وتنظيم في الداخل والخارج. حتى تم افتتاح المسجد مرة أخرى للمصلّين بعد فترة طويلة جداً من توقف الصلاة فيه. . . Dating from 1615, the Sinan Pasha Mosque is one of the most important in #Prizren, sits at the heart of the old town. During the Balkan wars and the First World War, the mosque was used as an ammunition storage by the Bulgarian and Serbian armies. In 1919, the mosque was severely damaged. During the period 1968-1969, upon renovation, the Mosque was turned into a Museum of Oriental Inscriptions. In the period 2007 – 2011, using a donation from the Turkish Agency for Cooperation and Development (TIKA), restoration and conservation works were undertaken both in the interior and exterior.
