Savory Sweets;; Guy & Eru
‹ Eru ›
"A-ah… u-um…!" With a flushed face, Eru directed her attention down to her feet, staggered that he was able to make her feel shy and self conscious by talking in such a manner. So he wasn’t just looks, it seemed. She wouldn’t have put it past him if he had a group of followers just because he knew how to use his words in such a gracious way.
"Y-yeah, I suppose…" This is the exact reason why her aunt wanted Eru to attend an all girls school. It was so easy for her to get distracted and lose sight of her goal with a man in the way, but she supposed her aunt’s views were a bit biased, given her history of frequent marriages and divorces… but she definitely didn’t regret attending Sunrise now that she met this kindhearted person.
"Memorable, yes…" she found herself absently gazing at her cakestained hair, brushing away the icing by raking her fingers through her dark tresses, unable to meet the blond’s gaze with the multitudes of emotions swarming through her mind at that moment.
"I’m… terribly sorry to have frightened you, really…"
♂ →A light chuckle escaped his lips, lip curving up into a large smirk. He knew she'd look even more adorable with a smile on her face. Her whole face seemed to glow, immediately entrancing the man. He figured she was probably quite the heartthrob, catching many men with her charm. Good thing he knew how to read women. Or at least told himself he did.
“ Naw, you're fine. Don't stress about it.
In all honesty, it does sound like a cop out excuse. I don't blame you for thinking I was faking it. ”
He always worried about letting others know about his phobia, unfortunately with how severe it was, there was no way he could keep it hidden.
The blond knelt down, scooping up the empty tart pan. Emerald gaze shot up once more to the girl, smiling smoothly at the girl. Standing up straight once more, the pan was tossed into the trash bin.
“ I did get food all over you.
My apartment's just down the road if you wanted to wash up. I wouldn't blame you if you didn't want to go with a stranger to his home.
This sounds creepier the more I talk. ”
