And this is based on my own experience, but when I went through [insert] and got out, I thought, ‘Wow, I made it out—everything that happened doesn’t matter anymore.’ It came crashing down a few months later. So I think they would also have a moment where they brush it off for a few weeks and have emotional numbess, and then it all comes down where they realized they could have died.

I was doing some writing yesterday and had to stop to illustrate what Lin looked like.

So, unintentionally, I think this counts as a bit of a spoiler for upcoming scenes.

And whenever zuko and Suki were in republic city, they would all gather at air temple island, staying up all nigh, drinking (they are all heavy drinkers icl expect aang and zuko maybe), and just having a blast.

Their kids would have playdates often— mostly toph and kataang kids and sometimes their parents would join them. Sokka would buy them gifts and such.

And, Katara 100% delivered both Lin and Suyin. It makes so much sense to me because toph wouldnt really trust anyone else to deliver. And, the fact that their kids might have ended up married if it weren't for certain circumstances is so bittersweet.

When tenzin and lin were still dating, Aang, Toph and sokka would've teased them alot, while Katara would tell them to knock it off or stop embarrassing the kids.

My other favourite head cannons are that Sokka was a father figure to both Lin and Suyin. And, he would've probably helped Toph when she gave birth and all that because their dads were never around. And, he probably even has his own room in the beifong house.

I might be a little bias since I'm a tokka shipper but these two were probably eachother closest friends considering how they would open up to eachother in the show, and how sokka always protects toph. And, he would tease her about the little crush she had when they were younger, which would always earn him a punch. They were also councilman and chief of police so they would work together almost everyday. Oh and they Def fucked or were dating atleast because I am a #tokka truther.

You can't tell me there was no tension between them in this scene.
