HEHE im always happy when i get comments like this cause i tried really hard to think about what its like to be a kid and 'dating' but not really dating

like as a kid i never ever thought about romance seriously. and when i heard about other kids dating, it always lasted one week MAX or had some serious dating drama because kids have unregulated jealousy lol

#this is a bit nerdier but in cognitive science theres this idea that everybody has schematics for how they should act #like this situation is formal #this one is casual or this one is with family #this type of restaurant is expected to be family style while this one is a buffet so one perosn should stay behind #such and such. anyways my point is #kids dont have those schematics quite yet. but they learn them from experience and copying the people around them #i believe part of this is why kids learn to act differently with kids of a different gender #and was also kind of an idea i had with craig doing all the dating milestones with his ex girlfriends #but just acting like friends with tweek #he doesnt feel any pressure to do that with tweek because he doesnt have those expectations/schematics to draw from #anyways #dont mind me these are just ramblings #maybe on day i will post that fic i wrote about this......
